1. Products covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to the digital products offered on the Gourmet Popcorn website, including:

• The “Living Off Gourmet Popcorn” online course and its digital bonuses.
• The pack of more than 100 editable Canva templates.
• The Complete Sourcing Guide and its digital volumes.

The exact product, content, price and currency are shown on the corresponding sales page and checkout before payment.

2. Digital delivery

All products are digital. No physical product, ingredient, equipment or printed book will be shipped.

• Online course: a PDF containing the course access instructions is released after payment confirmation.
• Template pack: a PDF containing access instructions for the editable templates is released after payment confirmation.
• Sourcing guide: the digital guide files or their access instructions are released after payment confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is processed through the checkout platform shown at the time of purchase. The buyer must review the product name, price, currency and payment details before confirming the order.

4. Personal license

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the purchased material. Resale, redistribution, login sharing, sublicensing or public distribution of the original materials is prohibited.

5. Third-party services

Some products may require internet access or third-party tools such as Canva. Those services operate under their own plans, availability and terms.

6. Food and business responsibility

Buyers are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food-safety practices, local regulations, costs and pricing before producing or selling food.

7. No guaranteed results

The products are educational resources. They do not guarantee income, sales, profits, audience growth or any specific business result.

8. Refunds and support
